 Starter:

„Hortobágy” pancake (stuffed with cooked minced meat, served with a paprika-cream sauce)

Recommendation of Wine: Sopron Rose

Main course:

Steak of Hungarian pork „Mangalica”, served with sage-red onion French beans, bacon and small-potatoes

Recommendation of Wine: Sopron Erhardt „Kékfrankos”

Dessert:

Lemon-curd cheese mousse with raspberry sauce, white chocolate

Recommendation of Wine: Sopron Green Veltelini

The price of dinner with wine: 8.555,- HUF/person ~ 29 EUR/person

Each kind of wine will be 0,75 dl served. Dessert wine will be 0,5 dl served.
